Pre-season Training & AFL 9's Competition

Calling all SUNS!

We know its early to start talking about next season but with the new club kicking off we want to try get off to the best start possible. So we are calling all players that are planning on becoming SUNS in 2015 to come on down for a run.

2014 Logan Reserves Coach Bruce Cure will be running training sessions each Wednesday beginning 3/9/14 from 6:00pm at Tansey Park, Tanah Merah and until we appoint our new Seniors, Reserves and Under 19's coaches. We would hope to use these early sessions to build the playing group over a number of weeks before ramping up pre season preparations heading into the end of the year and christmas.

Also we were hoping to submit a couple of teams into the local AFL 9's Comp. For those not familiar with AFL 9's its a non-contact version of the game, very fast and fun for everyone. Anyone wanting to play let us know so we can submit teams. We already have 1 team up and running (Far Gone Beauty's) with 10 players on board.
