Please click on the above picture to download the AFLQ Registration Form. This form is required to be completed and provided to a Committee Member if you are playing for the South East Suns. If you are transferring from another AFLQ club please use this in conjuction with the Clearance Form to the right. If you are transferring from an interstate club please provide this form in conjuction with the Interstate Clearance Form below.
